Ausgestattet sind die Wohnungen mit Bodenheizung, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, Wasserkocher, Geschirr, Töpfe, Staubsauger, Safe, Sat TV und Filterkaffee Maschine. Verbrauchsgegenstände wie Lebensmittel, Seife, Küchenpapier, Toilettenpapier, Tabs usw. sind nicht inklusive, kann aber im Haus geliehen oder gekauft werden, genau so der Toaster und Föhn.

- Wäsche wird auf Wunsch gewaschen und getrocknet, der Preis pro Waschgang beträgt 10 €
